Job overview: This job primarily involves the selection of customer orders from the various areas/pick zones. This may also include the staging and or loading of orders for shipping as directed by supervisory personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:

1.      Selecting customer orders in the most accurate and efficient manner:

   2.   Picking in various pick zones such as mezzanines, freezers, cooler, and full case:

3.      Picking methods may involve totes, boxes, and or pallets:

4.      Other tasks by night supervisory personnel- checking, order staging, and loading of trucks.

5. Maintain required certifications/licenses as required by employer.
6. Maintain, secure and protect property entrusted to you.
7. Assist in picking orders and other duties as may be assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING:     

1. Class A or B commercial driver’s license.
2. Clean driving record.
3. Three to six months driving experience in commercial vehicles.
4. Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times.
5. Ability to identify potential maintenance problems that could be taken care of timely.  (Preventive maintenance)

JOB OVERVIEW:       This job primarily involves picking orders per order sheets, assuring correctness of order.  It can also include checking orders and/or loading trucks.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.   Responsible for hand picking items from inventory ordered by customers.  Locates the products, selects the items and quantity requested, loads on cart and then turns over to checker to verify accuracy of order.

2.  Upon completion of orders, assists others in boxing up customers’ products and may assist in load trucks.

3.  Notifies supervisor when major discrepancies occur such out-of-stock items or incorrect product labeling or numbering.

4.  Is responsible for picking orders and processing in a timely manner and picking accurately
